I called into Resolutions Department on February 24 2026. I am now fixing to file a criminal Report out and file charges if my March 3, 2026 SSA Social Security Disability Direct deposit Check is not sent back to Social Security office in Hot Springs Arkansas 71901. I'm also a Student if Colorado Technical University Online. I now have no Refunds being issued to me. I also have $14.00 missing, that was in my checking account, when the account was closed. I have never been Treated this badly in the resolution department, ever. My agent was very very rude, short with me, would not help me with my checking account, fixing the account. I was hung up on. I never received any communication, e mail, text.
