The communication services of the team is quite poor. Half of the staff of the branch, no matter what time of the day it is, they're not co-operative. One of the staff member from the AIT branch Lahore is always rude, moody and never answers you properly. She even filled one of my form wrong due to her ignorance and when I told her she filled it wrong, she started covering it up with her excuses and ultimately had to do it all over again because it won't proceed. Whenever you call in the branch, no one picks up, whichever extension you may dial, and no matter what time it is, nobody will ever pick up. I even asked them politely once about the number they gave me "themselves" and nobody picking it up they started acting like it was my fault to call. She has all the excuses of the world. I don't even use my own account anymore because of no help or response from the branch. I'm now considering on closing my bank account from Bank Alfalah once and for all. This is too much to handle and some other bank staffs has better communication atleast.
