Bank Alfalah Atm withdrawl issue

Hi there

My name is najaf cnic [protected], i recently tried withdrawing 20,000 pkr from an allied bank ATM near my work place in pechs, but no money came out and my account was surprisingly debited,

I contacted bank alfalah helpline and lodged a dispute, my claim number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible i have pending payments which are charging me interest.

Bank Alfalah New Bank Account Support

I was supposed to visit bank alfalah to get a company account opened for my business. After around 30 minutes of wait time Mr. Azeem (customer representative) from g1 block johar town lahore branch rudely answered as we have to wait for atleast 2 more hours (his behaviour meant we can leave even if we want and nobody would care). I wish your customer service was as helpful and kind as you show in your tv ads and banners, this was one of the most insulting and embarrassing moment for me and my business partner so we had nothing on us but to leave as I don't think there is a single source of authentic complaints here in Pakistan that'd actually take any action. But because of this experience I will never in my life ever recommend anyone bank alfalah ever again and being a literate citizen of Pakistan I will try my best to share this experience with the community or anyone even planning to visit bank AlFalah. Thankyou JazakAllah

Desired outcome: for the outcome, I really don't know as nothing really happens in Pakistan. I just want everyone to be treated with respect and honor even if you are having a bad day does not mean you can make your customers day worse

Bank Alfalah Seizure of mala fide & Fraudulent accounts in the Name of Mehmood & Co.

Subject: Seizure of mala fide & Fraudulent accounts in the Name of Mehmood & Co.

Negligence & Violation of SECP Regulations and Companies Act 1984 & 2017

Honorable Sir,

It is stated in a respectful manner that Mr. Abdul Muteen s/o Abdul Razzaq cast Rajpoot R/o House # B-71-h Rajpoot Nagar, Bhakkar ,bearing CNIC # [protected] is a co-partner of the construction company Mehmood & co. which is active since 2007 to date. Unfortunately Mr. Abdul Muteen passed away on the very day of 22-01-2022.Mr.Abdul Mateen (Late) had assigned all the financial and transactional responsibilities to Mr. Khalid Mehmood s/0 Muhammad Sharif R/O House # 185 ward # 15 Mohalla Usmani Bhakkar bearing CNIC [protected] . As Mr Abdul Muteen has passed away,all his legal heirs have the legitimate right to have his belongings to be distributed as per Sharia Law .All the legal heirs do not have trust in the partner of the company mentioned above .The reason behind not having trust is that he has not contacted till yet for offering his(Abdul Muteen's) stake to his legal heirs. It seems that he possess a fallacious intent to capture Mr. Abdul Muteen`s stake illegitimately. Mr Abdul Muteen ,during his life period, had a firm belief in his honesty ,that is why he assigned him all these affairs to be done so he had no objection to run all the financial affairs through Mr. Khalid`s personal and company`s accounts. we have come to know through trusted sources that Mr. Khalid has account/accounts on his own name / company`s and he is still running all company affairs , through this/these accounts .

Mr.Khalid Mehmood had opened Account with company title Mehmood & Co. as a sole propertiership while in actual it is 5-members company that proves his fallacious intent and commit fraudulent activity.

Bank has neglected and violeted SECP Regulations and Company Act 1984 & 2017.

Liability lies on Bank as well.

Therefore it is requested to freeze all the accounts in the name of company Mehmood & co. and Khalid Mehmood (CNIC# [protected]),so that Mr.Abdul Muteen`s(Late) legal heirs may proceed with the legal proceedings. Moreover all company`s and khalid Mehmood`s accounts` statements should also be furnished for legal documentary. This application is submitted through proper channel.

In case of non-compliance, the plaintiffs have legitimate rights preserved.

I have RDA Accounts of Bank Al Falah from Last one year (Approx.)

Before I was happy with your services. How Can update my CNIC (How can Use my Bank Account )

so many time sent mails in my branch and Karachi head office but no reply

but no reply very bad my money waste 30 mint 50time

My CNIC Card Expired on 20-Nov-2021 After I Renewed my CNIC Card on 02-Nov-2021

Bank Alfalah Auto loan approved but no documents and evidence provided

Dear Team,

I have great concern over bank Al falah bank service Roshan Apni Car, as we have submitted the to get auto loan under your said service after a long & lengthy Process. This request was submitted to your newly opened brach in Shorkot Cantt Rafiqui Chowk, Our Auto Loan application was requested in January and loan Application no. is AF2201700049 was given through your SMS service. The issue is we did not get any bank account number or any confirmation from bank not even any cheque book. we have visited your Branch manager a lot of time and his reply was totally unsatisfactory, which cause gain more concern over your service. We got approved loan confirmation through your SMS service against the Car Loan Application NO. AF2201700049 on 14th of Feb. we did not get any proof or documents not even bank account number, but again yesterday on 4th of March, 2022 we received and SMS to pay the instalment date 5th March, 2022. I would like to ask you just let us know how we can pay this amount even we did not get any document and account number. keep remember that we have already deposited the amount of 1000000/- PKR in your bank same branch and branch manager did not give us any receipt or proof, and separate amount given with out any receipt 60000/- PKR. still we do not have any document any account number any receipt of deposited and given amount. but your bank sent us the SMS to pay the instalment. I just need and answer all this amount have been paid and without any document. against what we should pay the instalment. we have nothing except approved sms notification. and I would also lodge the complaint to your higher management. if necessary we will take this issue to maximum level. and need the answer that if our loan is approved, installment is due, then where is our account number and still we did not get the vehicle, so why we should pay this amount and why it is due without anything.

Bank Alfalah Car financing services / delay in services / bank officials do not intimate customers about recent updates and process

I had applied for car finance through bank alfalah islamic G-15 Islamabad and my case got approved and I have received my booking number from suzuki motors, the tentative date of delivery was mentioned as 22 Oct 2022. when I called on tentative date for delivery of my car (alto vxr), they told me that we didn't recived the balance payment from your bank, ie balance payment was pending because of revised FED on vehicles, that was implemented after 3 months of my car booking date,

As per suzuki official they told me that we have intimated all bank regarding revised FED in written, now its the Bank's responsibility to intimate the customers, when I approached alfalah bank consumer department, they told me that we have intimated the concern Regional sales manager vai email and he showed me the sent email. Manger for regional sales received the email on 28th Jan 2022, but no intimation was received even after one month, I was informed about the FED when I physically visited the consumer department, other wise It might be taken too much time more than one month if I didn't followed my problem.

My complaint is regarding the irresponsibility of islamic bank alfalah RSM, that why he wasted my one month,

I will go beyond all the limits for my right as far as I am not fully satisfied.

Desired outcome: My time is wasted, because of not being intimated me, they should now apologies for this irresponsivness, and my car delivery is make sure on urgent basis

Bank Alfalah ATM and account

I am very disappointed Alfalah services.
Already continue 1 week I face this issue and continue yet. Firstly, I online transfer amount in alfalah from other bank. But amount not get me exact time. I complained both bank, then after 3 days I receive amount.
Secondly, then I use ATM, then face this error "rejected by host". Also I online transfer but face this error "we are sorry, we are unable to process your request"
I complained help line and also bank branch, they say I will check almost 5 days, they not resolve my issue and not found my issue reason.
First helpline tell me your biometric verification require, I go to bank branch they say your biometric verification is ok, also your account is ok. Bank branch employee you call help line, then again I call helpline, I tell all info, then he says your ATM card chip issue, replace your ATM card :-) I'm asking that ATM link with my transfer process? He says yes, :-) he says you block ATM card then you easily process amount transfer.
I am shocked now, fine, I follow his order, I block my ATM card through mobile app, but not online transfer amount.
I think they not know what the issue, they only play with me, and get more time to check this issue.
Now almost complete 8 days, but not solve my issue.
I am totally very disappointed with bank alfalah services. Very poor, and totally very un experience services provide. :-(

Bank Alfalah I am complaint about yours bad service

Bank Alfalah!

I am a customer of yours islamic Branch from 2016. My Atm Debit Card Epired from May 2021 after expiry I am not asked to my bank or assistant for new card or I have not received any Debit Card on my home address or Branch.

But on 11-jan-2022. 2000/= deduct from my Account in the fee of Debit card without any intimation.. why?

Bank Alfalah Credit card wrongly charges usd 150.00

Dear !

When i read a message from Bank Alfalah (BAF) Alert SMS service 8287.
That "Dear Ghulam Murtaza your Alfalah Card (64078) used for USD 150.00 at 00:55 at Google * services Dublin IE Limit.I was really shock to under stand what done with me. for the being safe side i called to BAF help line for asking about this matter related to sms received.
The Phone Officer banker suggest to me that if i agree the i will block your credit card for safe side then you lodge a Claim complaint regarding USD 150.00 . I Agree & Do register my complaint. Today i found my complaint register no.xxxxxxxxxxxxx and they say that Refund after investigation will be 45 to 120 day.

for the being my side i attached a complained and get Complaint no regarding Claim for USD 150.00 transaction reversal. and i provide all proof which collect it my self . Because i inquiry my self to Google Help they assure to me they (Google) Never Charges to you in USD base. because i select currency always in PKR .

I checked at www.pay.google.com and analyzed Google Charges to me in PKR 209.00 as per subscription which i applied,
and Google denied to me ther not charges to me USD 150 against my subscription .

Now next month BAF will demand me in statement for payment against claim USD 150/-. I hope they not demand to me for it because I never to utilized by me .

I will be paid amount which i utilized in mine mind.

Now i need expert advisory in this regard what i do now for Is Batter t will pay claim amount to clear my repo with bank and bank Good self refund to me one it done ! or I hold that amount until they complete their investigate report disclosed.

Bank Alfalah Account Opening

Account Opening Issue

Its the worst bank on the face of earth, people are highly unprofessional, they do not work they do not know how to work and their bank systems, higher officials on leave and the bank staff is not having any authority, answer and ability to handle a simple request.

I applied for account opening on Sep 20, 2021 today is 18 Oct 2021 and still my account is not opened.

Very poor banking practices and poor service, they do not honor their commitment and they make false commitment.

I wish if anyone can contact and teach something to these people what banking is.

Bank Alfalah Car dispersement but pay order late for bank

Sir I have books my car Alfalha bank abdali road Multan..the concern personal doesn't facilitate me.my care dispersement is ok...but the concern personal doesn't generate pay order .the procedure takes 10 to 15 days but time is ups.but no one take serious action..the concern car finace personal name Ahmad Alfalha bank Multan abdali road baranch doesn't facilitate me.please check my status

Bank Alfalah Account Opening

Aoa. I have opened my account in Bank Alfalah in June. Till now, I am not received my ATM and cheque book. 4 to 5 time I visited Branch and called on help line. They have not such an information how to clear this matter. They said contact to branch when I contact to branch they said contact at help line. Almost 4 month have been passed, still I not get cleared.

Bank Alfalah Issuance of letter of credit of limit decrease.

Dear sir,
I am credit card holder and limit of rs. 1 lac, I have call many times to your call center to issuance of letter but could not so. I am required the letter which is produced in the bank. I obtained the loan from bank and my debt burden is high. So I decrees the limit and request to issue the letter.

Bank Alfalah Online web portal otac issue

I was using the Bank Alfalah online portal and I tried many times to apply for Rosah Apni Car scheme, but facing problems in the Alfalah web portal, the issue I am getting OTAC in my email but unfortunately not receiving it on my mobile, I think there is some problem with the bank Alfalh web portal. Can you please forward my concern to your technical team to resolve this issue? I sent also email to Bank Alfalh but no one take any action so far

Bank Alfalah I am complaining about the behavior and attitude of staff.

I am with my father at Pindi gheb branch of Al falah bank. We arrived here at 9 30 am and now it is 11 20. They are not showing any interest. My father is a eobi pensioners and along with my father there are almost 14 to 15 mens waiting for their response .The staff is busy in gossips with their relevant one's .

Bank Alfalah atm card for eobi pension

Two months have passed to try to get an ATM card for the EOBI pension. I am continuously consulting in both the EOBI office and two branches (Kala Board & Gulistan-e-Johar) of Bank Alfalah. Branch Code of both these branches are KB= 216; GJ= 5519

In both these branches, as and when the staff person enter my data from my CNIC, in their computer system, the computer system shows "error message", which the staff do not know why. The reason for the error is beyond their approach from last two months.

I got the bank copy of the EOBI letter on18th June 2021 (as per the record of the EOBI office my data of pension was sent to Bank Alflah on 15th of June 2021 and a bank copy of my pension document was given to me on 18th June, 2021 ).

I had visited the Bank Alfalah Kala Board branch (Br. Code 216) at 11:00 a.m. on the same day (i.e. 18th June 2021). The bank officer, a lady, enter my data through my CNIC in the computer system and as she tries to save my data in the system, it gave a message "Error". She won't know what this error is. She just said the bank system was out of order and asked me to come after two weeks in July. [That was my FIRST visit to Bank Alfalah to get an ATM card for my pension].

Again I visited on 2nd July 2021 at 8:30 a.m to Bank Alfalah Kala Board Branch due to heavy rush. Again the lady staff person, did the same process, again the same message "Error". She advised going to a big branch, Gulistan-e-Johar or Tariq Road branch. [That was my SECOND visit to Bank Alfalah to get an ATM card for my pension].

After 2nd July 2021(i.e after 18 days), I went to the Gulistan-e-Johar branch just before Eid on 20th July 2021 at 12:00 p.m.( in order to give enough time to the bank to bring their computer system IN ORDER and their computer system work properly). But again the same message "Error". Here the gentleman asked me to come after Eid. [That was my THIRD visit to Bank Alfalah to get an ATM card for my pension].

After Eid, I went to the EOBI office at Kala Board to find if the Error is from EOBI " IT Department". The EOBI officer opened the system and showed the entries of my data and asked, the directorate had approved and signed the bank copy of the letter and had sent my data to Bank Alfalah on 15th June 2021. Go to Bank Alfalah.

On 4th August 2021 at 11:30 a.m. I went to the Gulistan-e-Johar branch of Bank Alfalah and again the same error message. The gentlemen sent the error message to Bank Alfalah head office and took my mobile number to inform me. Three days had passed and there was no contact.
[That was my FOURTH visit to Bank Alfalah to get an ATM card for my pension].

On 9th August 2021, I had visited again to Gulistan-e-Johar branch at 10:45 a.m.
This time there was another gentleman, who had checked the computer and said my CNIC and Pass Book number does not exist. The EOBI will solve this problem. He wrote this statement on the back of the "Bank Copy of my document" and return the document to check this from the EOBI Computer System. [That was my FIFTH visit to Bank Alfalah to get an ATM card for my pension].

On 10th August I went to EOBI again and had shown the statement of the gentleman. The EOBI staff person again shown his computer system entries and had asked me to telly the CNIC number with my ID card by ownself. He also gave in written with an EOBI stamp that My data was correctly sent to Bank Alfalah. It is the Computer system of Bank Alfalah which is out of order up till yet.

If you can help to solve my problem of pension, me and family will be very thankful to you. This pension is the bread and butter of retired men.
