Baltsoft Software

Dear Sir/Madam,

As I have primarily used my university account over the past four years I have very rarely used my hotmail account. Thus I have only just found out that £6 has been taken out of my account on a monthly basis for the past 16 months. I cannot remember when I last needed to use this software, and if I was aware that the money was going to be taken out of my account automatically on a monthly basis I would never have bought the subscription in the first place. This is evidenced by the fact that I have only just found out this has been going on for almost a year and a half. I have attached two screenshots of the emails you have sent to me indicating that I have not read the vast majority of them. The few that I have read are ones I read just now when I found all of this out.

I have tried looking online to see when I have needed the software but did not find anything, and so I do not know the frequency with which I have used the software. Could you send me this information please? Additionally, since I cannot remember when I last needed the software and was not aware that I would be charged on a monthly basis I kindly ask to be refunded the money that has been taken from my account without my knowledge so far. I have already cancelled my subscription, so I have no intention of continuing with the service.

I paid $106.92 on June 17, 2021 and I tried the converter from PDF to word and it does not work. I will file this as a fraudulent merchant and will file a dispute with my credit card company.

I Converted pdf to word and wasn't able to edit document
Now the program disappeared from my computer.Maybe because Windows was updated..I can't use the program at all.
I paid 100$ ! It's not fair! Sent an e-mail and no one answered.
Please help me! If it cant be resolved I want my money back!

I received another credit card statement today and got a look at it, to my surprise I’ve noticed a charge from Baltsoft Plimus Inc but I’m sure that I haven’t ever used their services. I contacted mastercard and informed them about this occasion, they told me that it might be a credit card fraud and that I need to ask my bank to get another card for me.
