Cancelled ticket
I will never recommend them to anyone, these people ruined everything and I hate them the most! I bought a ticket for a show 4 months ago and I was very excited and happy.
So it is now 2 weeks till the show and I've just received a message stating that my ticket was cancelled. I spoke with Vipticketscanada support which wasn't able to help me or explain anything, he just said that I will get a refund within a week or two. I want to know what happened and why was my ticket cancelled. I have been waiting to see the show for such a long time and they took that away from me! Never again! This is absolutely unacceptable!
Charge scam!
I bought a ticket from www.vipticketscanada.ca website and they charged more than I expected. I contacted customer service but they did not reply. It took day until I finally received a message from them.
They said that amount was different because they charged me in American dollars! What a scam! I thought it was Canadian website. And the worst thing is that there is nowhere and nothing mentioned about that! Stay away!
