But even after two weeks on July 28th, I didn't get my refund. So, I contacted them again. They sent me a standard reply saying that they were reviewing my request. Finally, on August 11th, I got a refund, but it was for the wrong amount - $30.91. I contacted them again, and they said they would investigate and resolve the issue. But even after that, I didn't get any response. Today, I contacted them again, and they asked for a screenshot of the refund. They assured me that they would resolve the issue, but I still haven't received any further response.
