Signing up was the easy part, porting the number from my landline took some work. The first few months were OK, but then the crackling on the line issues started. Emails went unanswered. Then the price went up, and up; doubling in just a couple years. When it came to porting my number to another provider, they held it hostage until they were paid a fee service; $20 for 2 minutes work.

I must say that I am quite dissatisfied with my experience using Axvoice as my Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider. The biggest issue that I have encountered is that the company has raised my rates twice since I first signed up. I was quoted a certain rate, and now I am nearly paying double that amount. While they may have some decent features, such as unlimited international calling and call forwarding, these are not worth the headaches that come along with the company's subpar customer service and unexpected rate hikes. There are better and more reliable VoIP service providers out there that offer competitive rates and better customer service.

Despite multiple attempts on my part to communicate with the customer service team, I received no response regarding my refund.

I was appalled by their indifferent attitude, and I had to resort to extreme measures to retrieve my money. I had to contact my bank and provide them with detailed email threads from the company to prove my claim. It was an ordeal that I would not wish upon anybody, and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
