A&W Restaurants review: Unsanitary food, aggressive verbal abuse from manager

Sonny Alkoum is the manager. I am unsure on the spelling of the name due to the employee hanging up the phone on me. I asked for my order to be remade after finding multiple dark strands of hair in my cheese curds. The manager refused to provide the remake of my order. I was hung up on twice. Accused of placing the unsanitary object on the food. After examining the remainder of my food after the call, I found black floaties in both of my soft drinks. I also found at least one strand of hair in the other food I ordered. I was more than willing to return all $33 dollars of the unsanitary food in exchange for fresh sanitary food. I ended up having to throw away $33 worth of food, buy new food at a new vendor and got yelled at buy your employees, hung up on, never offered a viable solution.
