To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally request a review of the ban placed on my salon services and to share serious concerns regarding how I was treated during my visits. I would like to have my hair done at the Corpus Christi location this weekend and request that neither Bianca nor Kimberly have any influence or involvement in scheduling or overseeing my appointment. I was told by the director at the time, that I would only be banned from the San Antonio location because Bianca didn't want to be around me.
I have been a loyal Aveda client for many years and have always treated staff and students with kindness and respect and have always been treated the same way. Unfortunately, during my recent visits to the San Antonio location, I experienced repeated unprofessional and distressing behavior from instructor Bianca, whose actions and attitude toward me were consistently rude, dismissive, and intimidating. On multiple occasions, I left the salon in tears.
At one point, a student under her supervision caused significant damage to my hair, an issue that I believe could have been prevented with proper oversight. I felt targeted and humiliated in front of others, and despite my efforts to remain calm and respectful, I was ultimately banned from the salon following an emotional reaction to this mistreatment.
I was informed that this restriction would apply only to the San Antonio location and was told I could go to the Corpus Christi location to have them fix the mess made to my hair. It was apparently purposely damaged and I did send pics, yet I later learned I was also banned from Corpus Christi, where Bianca does not work. I am respectfully requesting that this decision be reconsidered so I may continue receiving services in Corpus Christi.
This experience has caused me considerable distress, and I am requesting a formal review by a regional manager, director, or corporate representative. I would like this matter resolved professionally and fairly to ensure that other clients are not subjected to similar treatment in the future.
I am committed to resolving this respectfully but will pursue further action if necessary to protect my reputation and rights as a client and human being and will send this to as many people as it takes to get justice.
I do know Bianca is capable of lying because she told the director that I accused her of being with my EX lol and that is not at all what I said, lol, that's ridiculous. She's clearly a narcissist, capable of lying and Bullying, and clearly does whatever it takes to get what she wants without consideration for others or the consequences. That's pretty bad if you have people there supporting her bad actions. Whatever is in my file about me was created maliciously by her and her flying monkeys.
I'll be expecting a call today or tomorrow at the latest.

Recommendation: Do not go to the San Antonio Aveda as long as Bianca is there. She is an awful human being and all the employees there are her flying monkeys and will look the other way, and her poor students are the ones suffereing.
