Comment : i an 2 daughters visited this store about 3:40 -3:46pm. black lady Wanda was placing price tags on mdse. on utility cart. she ask how can we help. I explain having battery problems can someone check battery, car would not start at foodlion my daughter came an gave me a jump. wanda states we cannot take our equipment in rain. I ask can we get help an bring battery inside to be check. Wanda stated not unless it is an Autozone battery. Wanda continued pricing her items never made contact with me or my daughters. my child said mom lets go to Advance because all in all she is sayinh she is not helping us nor is she going outside. I think We need contact corporate office an troubleshooter. The help was not warranted as stated all over the store windows, an advertisement. This worker showed us auto zone false advertising we received no assistance or battery. we told story to Advance and they also said contact corporate. cause she wanda did not want to melt. customer service is not for her at auto zone. hopefully you can teain her more. thank you Ms. Bell
