This was the first time I transported a vehicle and was very unsure about the whole process. Auto Shipping TLC explained the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. My wife and I shipped two cars from Florida to New York and had no problem what so ever. The carrier Auto Shipping TLC chose even offered to transport my car to my door. If I ever need this service again I will definitely call Auto Shipping TLC.

Called Jerry for a quote for shipping my car from So. Florida to the Jersey Shore . In addition to quoting me a very competitive price Jerry outlined the entire process in detail . The trucking company picked my car up on Monday and it was delivered to me on Wednesday ( two days later). Everything went smoothly and the communication couldn't have been better both from both Jerry and the driver .I would unequivocally recommend Auto Shipping TLC , Inc . Pat C

I can't say enough about John and Auto Shipping TLC! We're moving my mom to WNY from FL. We had 2 cars that needed to come up. My mom's Mercedes M class SUV and my little PT Cruiser convertible. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding! John is very personable and also explains everything up front. He returns calls and sends documents promptly and as promised. He remains available throughout the process to answer any questions or address any details. The company he worked with was also excellent. Our cars arrived on time and in perfect condition. The driver kept us updated from pick-up through delivery. And John followed up after delivery to ensure everything went as planned and we were pleased. Between John and the delivery company he arranged we had absolutely no worries! I highly recommend John and Auto Shipping TLC.

Poor communication by Auto Shipping TLC, email I sent to Auto Shipping TLC:
I wanted to let you know that there was a big mix up, there was a different company that picked up my car and the money order I had made out to EFreight Express has to be returned to TD Bank by mail as they are not on the West coast of the country and fortunately I had the money to wire1250 into GIO Express LLC account as obviously they would not take the money order I had made out to EFreight Express and fortunately GIO gave me my car waited till Sunday morning for the balance of 250 as my wire limit was 1000 this was not a pleasant experience and would have been worse if I did not have the extra 1250 that I had to pay either you were told that there was a different carrier and forgot to pass the information on to me or you were not informed either way it really was an inconvenience and I still have to wait for my 1250 for the money order as I
Just put it in The mail to go back to TD.

Delivery received yesterday, a day ahead of scheduled time! My mother and I had been searching for a shipper for a few weeks, before she came upon Jerry (Auto Shipping TLC). Jerry gave my mother the honest rundown of the "shipping world." Other brokers said they could get the car picked up and shipped pronto, but something always seemed not up to par with them. They always wanted us to book with them, Johnny-on the spot, and said if we didn't book now, we wouldn't find anyone else to ship with. Money, money money was their main point of emphasis! Jerry's point of emphasis was the customer security and car protection! Although, we needed the car shipped pronto, we felt better and secure with Jerry. We feel Jerry actually cares and is not trying to price gouge or take advantage. So, we decided to wade it out until Jerry could find a carrier. Surprisingly, it didn't take long for Jerry to find a shipper. Jerry was there with my mother every step of the process! His communication was amazing! We were completely pleased with Auto Shipping as a business! Excellent service from Jerry and Auto Shipping TLC! We will be using him again! Also, the carriers were careful and particular about the care and hauling of my mother's baby (her car)! Delivery was quick as well, for the long distance between point A to B!
