I found my experience with Tempus Logix to be first rate. From the competitive quote to the final delivery of my car purchase, it all went very smoothly.
I was very impressed with the constant communication and I was kept up to date at every step. Even with a flat tire, my very courteous driver was able to deliver the car to me as scheduled.

Great Service, Great Transporter! I was concerned we would not be assigned a transport as our location is remote in the Florida Keys. Customer service assured me not to worry. The day before the last day to pick up, our transporter was assigned and the driver could have been more pleasant. Our car was delivered the same day. Much thanks! I was very happy with the quality of service that Tempus Logix provided me with getting two Ram 4500 trucks shipped to California from New York! Monika was the best, she always kept me in the loop on everything from pickup to delivery and was very polite and professional. I highly recommend TL if you have any shipping needs and i would absolutely do business with them again!

The Tempus Logix, Inc team was GREAT! The were responsive, well priced, incredibly easy to deal with and provided me with excellent updates through out the shipping process. My driver was dispatched to pick up my collector car very quickly and it was delivered 24 hours later - ahead of schedule! I used this company to transport a car from Va to Michigan. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and was very happy that the driver delivered the car on time to my son. He made all the effort to make sure it was delivered on time. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because it took a little longer for the car to be picked up from Va. Will def use this company again!

We shipped a car with Tempus Logix to the opposite coast to our college student. Jim kept up the communication to both us at origin and the student at the destination guiding us along the way and getting information from the driver moving the car so we knew when to expect both pickup and delivery. He went over and above staying late to help us. He was the best and we would definitely use Tempus Logix again.

The team from Tempus Logix has been prompt, communicative and professional. They contacted me multiple times to check up on my delivery and to let me know what was happening with it. I think that they did the best job that they could with what they had to work with. My only issue and the reason for the one star deduction would be the vetting of the carriers that they work with. I hope they place a high emphasis on this.

Outstanding service! Tempus Logix both delivered and returned my Electric Corvette from the PRI show in Indianapolis on time, without any issues whatsoever. They exceeded my expectations meeting the very tight delivery and pickup windows required by the convention center.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. They took a very stressful situation ( for me) and quickly gained my confidence that they had everything under control. Both Michael and Tony that I worked with were outstanding!

Tempus Logix was an outstanding company from the very start all the way to delivery. They made the experience enjoyable. For example, they were very responsive every single time I called. They always had answers. I needed a specialized curtained truck to transport a 1934 fire truck and they were able to find a truck that could do it. The driver took great care of our vehicle and was very helpful. The whole transport from the office to the truck driver was an outstanding experience. The price was very reasonable. Great experience. There are many options online when shipping your car - in fact, too many. I chose Tempus Logix, and they were exceptional. They find the carrier and arrange everything based on your needs and timeline. They handled the whole process quickly and efficiently. Their price was very good as well. What stands out to me most about them is they did exactly what I needed with fantastic customer service, immediate responses, and excellent communication via text and phone throughout the process. I don't leave reviews unless I have an exceptional experience with a company. If this review helps one other person clear through all the internet clutter and feel confident about who they are shipping with it was worth my time.. Stop looking, just call them.

Impressive team working to get you the service you purchase. I moved 2 cars late July in COVID time (kids moved to CO from NJ). Tempus provided a great (best) price that stayed the same, very professional, kept me informed all the way, were available and transparent. This is a team in a dynamic business and their job is to get you a service. You need to be ready when it is time and they need to find what you tell them you have. Don't show up with a pickup if you request a quote for a subcompact and make sure your vehicle starts. I moved a car before with a different company from TX to NJ and that was a disaster compared to how the Tempus team handle this move. They had their sh-t together and I appreciated their service all the way. I recommended them to a friend who moves his cars from NJ to FL. I could go on but enough said. Clearly not as reputable as what their advertising promotion claims. Did not live up to pick up and delivery dates agreed upon at booking. Not happy with their company. Lack of communication is also part of their poor performance. Took a week to find a carrier Missed promised pick up date because driver declined the pick up. So Tempus had to find another carrier. Missed another pick up date because new carrier driver had some issues. So now another pick up delay. So now the delivery date is now going to be another week than what was originally promised. This after paying for an expensive booking with this compa ny Tempus Logix. I had received other less expensive offers from other carriers which I had to turn down because I had already booked with Tempus to say nothing of what I had to pay and what I still have to pay to the driver when he makes the delivery. Clearly not as reputable as what their advertising promotion claims. After all of the problems I wouldn't book them to handle a kiddie car across town.

I used Tempus Logix to ship my '47 Austin A40 from Ohio to Florida. They secured a carrier who then had problems with his truck the day before it was supposed to be picked up and Tempus Logix was able to find another carrier within hours. My car was picked up on schedule and delivered 2 days earlier than expected. I know they worked very hard to find a new carrier as fast as possible.
Every time I called them, the phone was answered by a real person, even when I called before 8 AM. I was never put on hold. They were always courteous and knowledgeable about which car I was calling about. Anytime they needed to call me with information, they did so promptly and I was kept up to date on the status of my delivery every step of the way.
I've used other companies in the past, usually private drivers, but when I tried to get one of those to pick up my car, the wait was more than 5 weeks. I found Tempus Logix through UShip and was a little bit leery of going with a company rather than a private driver. I didn't have to be. Tempus Logix delivered in every way.
I was very impressed.

They got my car to me within 48hrs after placing the order, but not without issues. I was unsure of the operable status of my Copart car, so I opted to pay extra for the inoperable vehicle quote. I was quoted $714, and just 5 minutes later I placed my order. You put down a deposit that is included in the quoted cost, in this case being $166 and then pay the rest in cash to the driver upon arrival. Great, I thought! However when I spoke to a company rep that day, they wanted the deposit PLUS the quoted total cost. All in all, I had to come out of pocket $863, despite the email confirmation quoting an out of pocket total cost of $714. When I brought up my confusion, they said it was due to the "demands of the market." I placed my order and got the email confirmation within 5 minutes of receiving my quote so buyers beware and take that with a grain of salt. Nothing I could do about it since I technically did place the order, and by placing an order you agree to not hold them liable for price changes. But it seemed like a shady business practice considering it was only 5 mins between quote to confirmation. I was told I'd hear back from a manager about this issue, but never did. The driver was nice though, and helpfully completed my delivery without issues. He did not have a winch though, and that was something I was promised would be included to help with the delivery (because I paid extra for INOP) if the car didn't work.

I hired Tempus Logix, Inc. to grab my ride from *** between 6/20-6/24 and bring it to me the next week. They charged me *** and I paid with my card. I didn't hear anything from them, so I called them a few days before 6/20. They said they'd let me know when they found a driver. They're the middleman. I called them every day from 6/20-6/24 because I didn't hear anything. On the *** of 6/23, the lady on the phone said they couldn't find a driver because they were asking for way more to deliver my car, upwards of ***. On 6/24, their boss *** was sorry but not helpful because he said they offered up to *** more to get my car shipped and still couldn't find a driver. That's not my problem. I paid them for a service and they charged my card. My car is still in my driveway.

I used UShip to find a shipper for my shipment and ended up choosing Tempus Logistics. They hired a driver for me, but they wouldn't give me the name of the driver or the company. The driver contacted me at 2am on the day of pickup to tell me that he would be there at ***pm. This required me to take the day off work and cancel two doctor's appointments. However, he didn't show up until 5:30pm for pickup.

Initially, I was told that the delivery would be on 10/24. But then, on 10/24 at 4:47pm, I was notified that the delivery would be the following day between ***pm. I told them that this wouldn't work because I had provided a delivery time of 6-9pm on weekdays and 10a-9pm on weekends when I signed up for the service. *** from TL called me at 9:20pm to tell me that the driver couldn't do it at the time I requested. The only solution was to have it delivered with no one home and leave the key under a statue on the front porch. This was the only way the driver would do it and liability-wise would allow until my sister got home to inspect.

The driver arrived and said he couldn't deliver to the house because his truck was too big. I had notified them of the address and that it was a residence prior to pickup. He called my sister three times to yell at her and told her to fix this. She eventually hung up on him because she was getting in trouble at her new job regarding the harassing calls. So I called him and he proceeded to yell at me and told me that I needed to come get the truck (3k miles away) and that I needed to come up with a solution. I told him that he needed to call TL, but he refused and continued to be rude to me. I insisted on him treating me with respect and told him I would call TL. TL talked to him and he managed to deliver the truck.

I confirmed when I received pics. Then he called me 2 hours later stating he hadn't received payment which I thought TL was releasing as they were claiming additional liability. He told me that he was going to take my truck and then sent me a pic with my truck on the trailer. He called me a name and said he was holding it. I got the truck but was refused a refund.

I hired Tempus Logix to move my car from Arizona to Connecticut, but it never arrived and they didn't solve the problem. I bought a 1965 Chevy BelAir from a guy in Phoenix for a lot of money and used Uship to find a carrier to bring it to me. I picked Tempus Logix on 12/4 for a lot of money, but they gave the job to Hkim logistics without telling me. Hkim has bad reviews and they picked up the car on 12/12, two days later than they said they would. They were supposed to deliver it within 7 days, but they didn't and they didn't answer my calls or texts. On 12/19, the driver said the truck broke down and asked me for money to get fuel. I didn't send any money and told Hkim and Tempus. Hkim said they fired the driver and the truck was in Tennessee. They said they would send a new driver and deliver the car by 12/30, but they didn't. I contacted Uship on 12/28, but nothing happened. It's now 1/3 and I don't know where my car is. I talked to the CT state police and they said I have to file a report in California where Tempus is. Uship was helpful, but Tempus, Hkim, and the driver weren't. I want my money back for the car and shipping.
