I booked with National Car Transport on 2-2-22 for $855.00 to ship my car on 4-29. However, on 4-29, nobody came to pick up my car. At 11:00 am, they informed me that the truck had a hydraulic issue and wouldn't be able to come. The dispatcher arranged for someone else to pick up my car on a later date, but it cost me $1300.00 instead. I told them it was their responsibility to cover the price difference, but they refused. In my opinion, they owe me $445.00. Despite the initial hiccup, my car was eventually delivered professionally, albeit a week later.

was great the first time, awful the second time. He didn't book the job with the truck driver and I almost had to change my flight. It seems he makes money by posting the date and time your vehicle needs to be picked up and delivered as well as the fee the driver will be paid. The less he pays the driver the more money he makes. If he doesn't offer enough money your car will not be picked up on time. You will then have to leave it he car in a parking garage and the keys with the attendant. The trucker will pick up the car and note in his documents that there is damage all over the car, even if there are no scratches, so if the car gets damage while being transported, the driver can claim it was there when he picked up the car. Not sure I will use *** again. I kept the phone number of both drivers Gary hired and may call them directly in the future.

Had a car transported from San Diego to Idaho. Joe V. at National Car Transport made this simple and it went flawlessly. He had a drive the same day I called. Two days and 900+ miles later, it was delivered. I had previously contacted another company and after almost three weeks all I had was a bunch of excuses with no idea of when the car would be transported.

Joe V. has been exceptional in this very trying time. We were going home in April when the pandemic hit. Home being NY. Joe put my order on hold and was kind enough to check with us periodically. We are finally able to go home and Joe had the car picked up and delivered to my home in NY. I have recommended National to 4 other families because of Joe's professionalisms.

Great company, we always use use them for our car transportations (we are a used car dealer). Diana helped me with recent car transport and has great customer service. Diana was very efficient in getting a tow company dispatched right away. Was very surprised when Diana called me after getting car delivered to see if I was happy with the service. Would highly recommend this company. Very happy with service.

I had my car shipped from Georgia to Washington State. They were the cheapest option for an enclosed carrier. Other carriers were at least $200-300 more expensive. The reason they are cheaper is because the dates are not as set in stone as other carriers, meaning you have to be flexible when it comes to the dates for pickup and dropoff. My car arrived with no damage and no extra miles driven. Would use again.

Customer service was professional, drivers were unbelievably efficient and super courteous. Took my trucks shipped and nothing broke. Makes no sense how good this shipping company was because their price was among the best I found. I am usually a brutal critic when I don't like something but there's nothing that I can troll about on these guys! I cannot recommend enough - straight up - you will not find better shipping.

On May 7, I hired National Car Transport from Miami, FL to ship my car from Key West, FL to West Hartford, CT for $1250. They said they would pick up my car between May 17th-18th and deliver it no earlier than May 21st. Kelly, their agent, said they would assign a driver in a few days. But it took them seven days until May 14th to tell me they found a driver. However, they demanded that I immediately pay $1475 instead of the agreed $1250, or else the trucker (Amazing Transportation LLC from Charlotte, NC) wouldn't be available. I was running out of time, so I agreed. Little did I know that I was about to go through a terrible experience that no customer should endure, as explained in the attachment. Later, I found out that Amazon, the trucker hired by National, had an invalid USDOT # on their truck, which goes against FMCSA requirements (also in the attachment).
