on 12/1/2025 at approximately 10AM EST I placed an order with FragranceNet but realized the shipping address was incorrect. I contacted FragranceNet's support but was somehow put in contact with Ask-Crew. I was told that there was a refundable charge of $1 so I gave my credit card info and in a chat with Ask-Crew was advised that I needed to contact FragranceNet directly and was given FragranceNet's phone number which I already had since I was in their website.
A few minutes later, I received notice of a pending charge from Ask-Crew of $38 for a monthly charge.
I sent an email to help.Ask-Crew.com requesting a refund and cancelling any monthly charges.
I also called Ask-Crew at 877-447-7161 and inquired about what took place and about a refund. I was told that the $1 7-day trial was not always offered and I was charged the $38 monthly fee. He also said that if I had the 7-day trial I would still be charged the $38. Of course, this was not at all what I was told by the Ask-Crew agent in the beginging.
He also advised that my request for a refund had be rejected.
