Ask-crew review: Stupid

I was trying to reach Qantas customer care and got sucked into this web site ASK-CREW and it was suspicious that they wanted $1.00for customer service which is refundable. Before i know i was getting calls from Bank about a suspicious $69.00charge from ASK-CREW. Stupid company and how easily one gets conned into their scam!
I immediately told ask-crew to cancel whatever the charges and delete the account and followed up with a call and spoke to someone named Stan who said account is cancelled. I hope it is, else i will be reporting it to consumer care!
