123Ink.ca Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Low-Quality Products and Inadequate Compensation

I recently had an experience with 123Ink.ca that left me feeling quite disappointed. I own an HP Office Jet Pro 6968 and unfortunately, two out of the three coloured cartridges I purchased from 123Ink.ca were not recognized by my printer. I was quite frustrated as I had also opened the spare packs I had bought with the same result. To make matters worse, the black cartridge I received from 123Ink.ca literally exploded upon opening, leaving my fingers covered in black ink that was not easy to remove. The ink also left stains on my carpet that were difficult to get out.

When I contacted 123Ink.ca about my experience, they offered me a $30 credit towards my next purchase. While I appreciated the gesture, I couldn't help but feel that it was not enough to make up for the inconvenience and frustration I had experienced. I ended up having to go to Staples to purchase original HP cartridges in order to get my printer back to working condition.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing ink cartridges from 123Ink.ca. In my experience, their products are of low quality and caused more problems than they solved. While their customer service was responsive, the compensation they offered was not enough to make up for the issues I faced. I would suggest looking elsewhere for ink cartridges to avoid similar issues.

123Ink.ca Disappointing Experience with 123 Ink: Xerox Cartridges Leaked and Empty, Poor Customer Service

I recently bought two Xerox original Phaser 3635 MFP high-capacity print cartridges from 123Ink.ca. Unfortunately, I had some issues with both of them. The first cartridge leaked, which was a real mess to clean up. The second cartridge was completely empty, which was a huge disappointment. I was really frustrated with the situation, so I contacted 123 Ink to see if they could help me out.

To my surprise, I was told that they do not refund or take returns of opened products. I was really upset about this, as I had spent a lot of money on these cartridges. The customer service representative told me that my complaint was with Xerox, and that I should contact them directly. I did just that, but Xerox said they do not take responsibility for products not sold directly from them. This left me feeling stuck and out of pocket for a total of $542.38!

I decided to reach out to 123 Ink again, this time via email. I submitted a satisfaction survey, hoping to get some kind of response. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. This was really frustrating, as I felt like I was being ignored and left to deal with the problem on my own.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with 123 Ink. I had high hopes for this company, but the issues I had with their products and customer service left me feeling let down. It's a shame, as I was a loyal customer for a while, but I can't continue to order from them if this is how they treat their customers.

123Ink.ca Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Unprofessional Attitude and Return Policy

I recently purchased some HP97 cartridges from 123Ink.ca, but to my surprise, they sent me HP99 cartridges instead. Unfortunately, my printer would not accept them. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to accept returns on the open, but unused cartridges. I was thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and return policy. It's obvious that they are extremely hungry and desperate for any cash they can get their hands on. Since they obviously need the money a lot more than I do, I decided to donate the entire $30 to their bankruptcy. Hopefully, they will choke on it!

I strongly advise against making the same mistake I did and wasting your time and money buying from them. It's better to pay a bit more and deal with a reputable company. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to accept returns is a clear indication of their unprofessionalism. It's disappointing to see a company that claims to be customer-oriented behave in such a manner. I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve their policies in the future.

123Ink.ca Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Lack of Transparency in Policies and Procedures

I've been a customer of 123Ink.ca for almost a decade now, and I've always been satisfied with their products and services. However, my recent experience with them was quite disappointing. I ordered a printer cartridge, but when I received it, I realized that it had been opened. I immediately informed the company about it, and they asked me to send pictures of the cartridge. I did as they asked, and then I returned the cartridge to them.

To my surprise, they informed me AFTER I had sent it back that I would not receive a refund. I was shocked and frustrated because I could have easily sold the cartridge online, but now I was out of a printer cartridge and my money. I felt that the company lacked transparency in their policies and procedures, and I was left feeling cheated.

I have spent a lot of money with 123Ink.ca over the years, but after this experience, I will be looking for a new company to do business with. It's frustrating to lose over $60 on an order that was close to $300. I hope that the company will improve their customer service and policies in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

123Ink.ca Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with 123Ink.ca's Ereader

Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with 123Ink.ca. I was on the hunt for a new ereader and stumbled upon their website. The price was so low, I couldn't resist. I placed my order and waited eagerly for my new gadget to arrive.

Well, let me tell you, the wait was excruciating. It took a whopping 27 days for my ereader to arrive. And get this, it came all the way from China! I was starting to regret my decision to buy from 123Ink.ca.

When the package finally arrived, I eagerly tore it open, only to find that there was no owner's manual included. I was confused, because the website clearly stated that an electronic manual would be included. But alas, there was none to be found.

I decided to charge up the battery and give the ereader a try anyway. And what do you know, the owner's manual was actually on the device itself! But here's the kicker - it was all in Chinese! I couldn't believe it. How was I supposed to figure out how to use this thing?

But wait, there's more. As if the language barrier wasn't enough, I soon discovered that the ereader was based on a very old Android operating system. And to make matters worse, it wasn't compatible with Adobe Digital Reader. That meant I couldn't even download ebooks from my local library!

Overall, I would not recommend buying electronics from 123Ink.ca. The low price may seem tempting, but the hassle and frustration that comes with it is not worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your tech needs.

123Ink.ca Disappointing Customer Service Experience with 123Ink.ca

I had to replace three ink cartridges on my Epson r1800 printer, so I decided to order an additional 10 cartridges from 123Ink.ca to take advantage of their free shipping offer. However, after using the three new cartridges, my print heads became clogged, rendering my printer useless. I was very disappointed with this outcome, as I had hoped to save money by purchasing from 123Ink.ca.

After purchasing a new printer, I contacted 123Ink.ca to see if they would take the remaining unopened ink cartridges back and apply the refund towards the purchase of OEM ink for my new printer. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not help me because the order was over a year old. I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception, but I was told that they would not help me either. The representative then abruptly hung up on me.

I was very frustrated with this experience, as I had hoped to receive better customer service from 123Ink.ca. I had been a loyal customer for some time, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am glad that I found out about their poor customer service before wasting any more money with them.

Overall, I would not recommend 123Ink.ca to others. While their prices may be competitive, their customer service is lacking. If you are looking for a reliable ink supplier, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

123Ink.ca Mixed Experience with 123Ink.ca: Be Careful When Selecting Cartridges and Don't Expect Great Customer Service

I was in need of some new ink for my printer and stumbled upon 123Ink.ca. The prices seemed reasonable, so I decided to give them a try. I entered my printer number and was presented with a page of options. I opted for the economy pack and decided to add an extra black cartridge to my order. The economy pack black cartridge worked just fine, but unfortunately, the extra black cartridge I received was the wrong one.

I reached out to their customer service team, hoping they would correct the error. However, they refused to do so, claiming that I had chosen the wrong cartridge. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I couldn't help but wonder why the wrong cartridge was even presented as an option for my printer.

If you decide to use 123Ink.ca, I urge you to be very careful when selecting your cartridges. It seems that their website may not always offer the correct options for your printer. Additionally, don't expect much in the way of customer service if you do encounter any issues.

However, I must give credit where credit is due. After a few weeks and following the posting of my initial review, the company did reach out to me and addressed the issue. They even provided me with a refund. I am now satisfied with their response and appreciate their efforts to make things right.

123Ink.ca Mixed Experiences with 123Ink.ca: Hit or Miss Ink Cartridges

I've been using 123Ink.ca for a while now, and I have to say, I've had mixed experiences. In the past, I've never had any issues with their ink cartridges, but recently, I've been running into some problems. Out of the ten cartridges I ordered last month, three of them were completely empty. I haven't had the chance to check the others yet, but needless to say, I'm not too happy about it.

This isn't the first time I've had this issue, either. In the past, I've had a few cartridges that were empty or didn't work properly, but I just threw them away and moved on. When I found three in a row that were empty, though, I decided to reach out to the company and see if they could help me out.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the response I was hoping for. The customer service representative I spoke with seemed like they had never heard of this issue before, and they asked me if I had cleaned my printer. I buy a new printer every six months, so I know it's not a mechanical issue. I was pretty frustrated with the runaround I got, and I've decided to start looking for a new ink cartridge supplier.

Overall, I would say that 123Ink.ca is hit or miss. When their cartridges work, they're great, but when they don't, it can be a real hassle. I'm not sure if I would recommend them to others, but if you do decide to give them a try, just be aware that you might run into some issues.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with 123Ink.ca in the past and I must say, I was always impressed with their service and products. However, my recent experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and frustrated.

I placed an order and received a confirmation, but that was the last I heard from them. I tried calling them several times, but was left waiting on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I also sent numerous emails, but received no response. It's been weeks and I still haven't received my order or any updates on its status.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from 123Ink.ca. It's a shame because I used to recommend them to friends and family, but now I wouldn't even consider it. It's clear that they're no longer capable of handling their business and it's time for them to retire.

I'm now left with no choice but to contact PayPal and request a refund for the amount I paid. It's unfortunate that it's come to this, but I refuse to continue doing business with a company that provides such crappy service.

123Ink.ca Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Delayed Shipping and Lost Packages

I recently made a purchase of toner from 123Ink.ca for around $600. I was excited to receive my order as all the toners were marked as being in stock at the time of purchase. However, it has been three weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my toner.

I decided to contact 123Ink.ca to inquire about my order and was informed that one of the toners was actually out of stock. I was disappointed to learn this as their website had indicated otherwise. I had to call them to request that they ship whatever toners they had available.

To my surprise, they split my order into two different packages. Unfortunately, the first package was lost by UPS and it took them two days to locate it. I placed my order on September 27th and as of October 30th, I am still waiting for the second back-ordered package.

To make matters worse, the second package was also shipped and lost by UPS. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and would not recommend purchasing from 123Ink.ca if you are running a business. Their customer service has not been very helpful in resolving this issue.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with 123Ink.ca. I hope that they can improve their inventory management and shipping processes in the future to avoid similar issues.
