I purchased the Quatro printer for use with my home based cookie business. It was the biggest waste of money and it made me so incredibly sad to have spent so much and gotten so little. Initially, the customer service was great and they helped me but the printer simply did not perform as described. I sent it back to the company, at my cost, only to have it returned to me with no improvement. It does not print clearly or without over spray. The quality of the prints is horrible .When you inquire further, you are consistently told to purchase more ink cartridges and that will fix the problem. It doesn’t. At all. I went back and forth between purchasing this machine or the well known Eddie brand and wish so much I had spent the extra $500 dollars on the Eddie. Now I am out over $2500 for a printer that is garbage. They will not take it back, refund any portion of the purchase or make it right and even suggest I purchase ANOTHER printer from them. I have a hundred emails going back and forth with them, while they tell me it works and it doesn’t. I would advise anyone to steer clear of their printers. It has been a sad waste of time and money for me. Pitiful.

I can't say enough bad things this company is misleading after placing a order for edible ink and rec. confirmation of shipping over 2 weeks ago still not gotten my ink. Sent email, fb and any way I could got a email back today it shipped yesterday after all my emails this is not how I would do business ever! Not even I am sorry or we misplaced your order nothing!

Product bad, customer service bad. I order photo topper, they change my picture and send it to me. Not what I want, they no tell me. I ask why, they say nothing they can do. They say customers like changes, but not me. Don't recommend!

I orderd a cake pic from InkEdibles on 8/28. They were supposed to send me a email to confirm, but I still haven't got it. I made an account but it keeps saying my password is wrong *** when I try to log in. I emailed them twice to cancel my order but they haven't replied. I don't trust this site. I want my order canceled and my money back.

I bought a printer from InkEdibles on 5/15, but it's been 2 weeks and I still can't get it to work on my Mac. I called InkEdibles for help, but they said my computer ain't compatible with the printer I bought. They told me to use a WINDOWS computer or wait for updates. But I already put the ink in and tried to make it work. Customer service keeps giving me the runaround. Their website says it works with Mac & Windows, but that's a lie! I just want to return it, but they won't let me because I opened the box. False advertising!

I bought a new printer from InkEdibles and it didn't work right. I called the company but they didn't help me. I asked for a refund but they didn't give me one because it had been more than 30 days. It took three weeks to get the printer and when I got it, it only printed in green. I cleaned the nozzle but it still didn't work right. I called the company and they didn't help me. I had to email them many times before they would talk to me. It took a long time for them to call me back. I asked if I could return the printer or get it fixed but they said it was fine. Another time, a customer representative told me that many printers were defective and I should return it. But I had to wait a long time and now it's too late to return it. I paid a lot of money for a printer that only prints in green and black and white.

I need help getting my money back from InkEdibles. I bought an edible printer bundle on 11/6 and it came in a messed up box. The box was already opened and then taped up with brown tape. It's gross to think that someone messed with the equipment before I got it. I asked for a refund and they want me to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. That's not fair because I already paid a lot for shipping and the product was messed up when I got it. I talked to a "supervisor" and he said he would get back to me but he didn't. Instead, they blamed someone else and told me to open the box to see that everything is new. I don't want to open the box because I don't want to be blamed for any damage and it's probably a mess in there anyway. I'm really disappointed in InkEdibles and their customer service.

I hit up InkEdibles for a rush order of *** cookies on Friday 11.11.22. They said they could deliver on time, so I sent them the artwork and paid up. The cookies came a day early, but when I opened them up, they were all over the place. Some were perfect, some were brown, and most were burnt. I hit up the rep, ***, to tell them I was bummed about the cookies. They were overdone and couldn't be served. The artwork was okay, but the cookies were a no-go. The rep said they had to be overdone for transport, which doesn't make sense. When I asked about the drastic difference in color, they went silent. They have a no return policy on edibles, but their website promises perfectly baked cookies. These cookies were not used for my event and are just sitting there. Check out the pic I attached to see the inconsistency. They offered a $250 refund, but that's not even close to the $2090 I spent. I want a full refund, like any decent company would do.
