I used askcrew for advice on a Facebook issue last week. The problem was Ithat I" couldn't load post". Askcrew on a chat recommended that I change my password and this worked. I thought there would be a $10.00 charge and I could cancel at anytime. On October 9, 2023, I received a charge on my Discover card for $74.00 from askcrew. What is this charge for? Untrustworthy and fraudulent
I really have no positive comments at this time. On April 1st, I touched base to get help with a problem resetting a password. I could not get into an app and needed help to create a new login. In order to get help, Askcrew said that I needed to pay $1 and that it would be refunded. In addition to this I was charged $46 for a subscription. I did not choose this. The were not helpful, and I solved the situation myself. I then asked for a cancellation of this so-called subscription and refund. They told me that I would get a confirmation email, which I never got, or a refund. My charge card has a charge of $41.85 charged to it from Askcrew. This is a scam, and no one should use them. My credit card company is investigating. NEVER AGAIN!
Recommendation: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, NOT PROFESSIONAL OR LEGITIMATE

Beware of Ask-Crew: Unauthorized Charges for Canon Printer Help
So, I found this site called Ask-crew (ask-crew.com) when I was looking for some kinda help with my Canon printer. They said they'd charge me a buck and I was totally cool with that. But then they hit my account with $49 and I was like, "What the hell?" I didn't even ask a dang question or anything! It's kinda messed up that they just took my moolah like that without asking. I'm gonna try to get my money back, but who knows if that'll even work. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about this whack situation.
I got took Friday. Same problem. Can not contact. So, for I have send complains to the BBB and ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Monday morning, I will open the bank. I will not stop until I get my money back and see them paid back for this fraud to others.
I had exactly the same experience as mary crotty had. I asked them for their email address and it keeps bouncing back. I can't seem to get my money back either. I really hope they know about this.

A company that claims it helps in all things google spent hours with me trying to resolve a google Gmail issue. They never resolved it. They said they were going to charge me on the 13th. Yes, the same thing happened to me on June 13. I paid them one dollar to answer a question. Then they charged me an additional $38 for a recurring subscription that I did not want.
