Ashley HomeStore Sofa and loveseat

Upon purchase was told the products would be available for pickup the following thursday.. When I got to the store I was informed that there was a mistake on the pickup date it would be available 10/10/23.

On 10/11/23 called to make sure everything was ready.. Nooooot! Now i'm informed that it might be ready by the end of the month.. This has been the worst experience i've encountered purchasing furniture. Everyone involved has passed the blame on the next person.. The fact of the matter is if I was told it would be ready in two plus months I probably wouldn't have purchased it in the first place. It would have been my choice if I wanted to wait that long.. Have been treated like o'well we got the money and it don't matter when you get the furniture! Would never ever purchase anything from this place.. You could even give me anything from ashley's!

Desired outcome: Stop lying about pickup dates if you really don't know!! Just want my things and I wouldn't come into your store if it was free!!

Ashley HomeStore Purple cow warranty

The recliner and love seat both have a defect where it leans to one side, seems like it is structural? I have tried several times for 3 weeks to contact purple cow warranty and the number is always “busy” no one at Ashley’s wants to help! I paid $400 for a bogus warranty! I still owe money on my furniture and don’t think I want to continue to pay since no one seems to care about the poor quality of the expensive furniture I am paying for! Ashley HomeStore Side Tables

I ordered 2 side tables from the Ashley Hone Store in Florence,Al on July 6th, 2023. I waited until week 6 after ordering to see when I might expect my tables. I call each week asking when and where my tables are in the process and get a different answer each time. I called last week and the person I spoke with said that they where in Bessemer, Al. I called today and was told they are still at the manufacturer. I keep getting the run around. I could have drove to Bessemer and picked them up, but I suspect tthat they are not even there. The company doesn't mind keeping my money and using it while I'm still waiting for 2 side tables. Poor customer service !

Desired outcome: I would like a straight up answer regarding where in the process my side tables are and when I can expect them to be delivered to the store for me to pick up.

Ashley HomeStore a couch that I have purchased in march

The couch that I have purchased. in March has never reclined correctly and part of the couch hangs down. I have gone to the store many times to get this issue resolved. I have provided pictures. And I was sent parts for my couch that I am at a loss why anyone would send me parts for a couch that no one has even came out and looked at to see exactly what the issue is. I am tired of dealing with this and I want everything including the delivery fee returned to me. I have called your corporate office only to be transferred around and then hung up on.

I have been told by the store that this issue has goon to the vp and I should get a call nothing to date , has anyone reached out to me,

Desired outcome: I want all of my money refunded.

Ashley HomeStore The 2-year "leather" couch

In 2015, the Ashley salesman used his spiel about why "blended leather" is better then bonded leather to sell me a sectional. In the next two years, the upholstery started to crack. By the third year, whole sections were peeling off. I had bought the five-year protection thing and tried to use it, but they said it didn't cover this, and that if I did get a covered problem, they would replace only ONE cushion or section (even though at least four were destroyed).

If you look for it, you can find photos of this same sectional in the reviews of virtually every sofa cover on Amazon. It has been a nightmare for literally thousands of people who are desperate for a way to salvage it.

Absolute worst furniture experience of my life and I would never let anyone buy from Ashley again.

Desired outcome: Ashley should have recalled and replaced this couch and any other DuraBlend furniture. They still should. And they MUST stop producing and selling more of it!

Ashley HomeStore Ashley/regency furniture

Bought a Kexlor Chaise from the Regency furniture last August and I didn't have about 5months when I contacted the Store and they advised me to Contact Ashley repair department! I called ASHLEY repair department in Maryland and was told by the lady there that she would need pictures of what was wrong with my furniture so I sent the pictures and then she said once they looked at them they would come out and repair whatever need to be repaired! Next thing I knew I came home one day and the big gray things were on my sidewalk and they were my cushions but they never showed up to fix the frame or the back of the pillows! I called several different times and I always got the same response you need to call the store where you purchase it and I told them I have called and drove there and they told me to call you all and you all keep telling me to get a hold of them! Well this went on now for almost a year and now their saying my warranty is off!

Ashley HomeStore Broken furniture delivered

We ordered a kid bed, two couches and two chairs from Ashley. The headache started before they were delivered. The delivery company kept changing the date last minute so we had to ask parents to help last minute after the third attempt. Furniture was just dropped off without being put together. We did the bed but the couches need feet put on. When we tried to do it, the bottom of both couches are damaged. We can't get someone out here to fix it after several calls. Apparently they also don't take returns either.

We also ordered two chairs that were discontinued but no one called to tell us.

Still waiting on a refund for those still...

Wish I would have found this board before buying from here. No wonder their parking lot is always empty.

Desired outcome: We want new couches or a full refund. This has been ridiculous and taking over a month to figure out.

Ashley HomeStore Don't expect your delivery on time! Disappointed

I ordered a$2,000 table on 7/14/23, I gave my card information not realizing the table had not been charged at that time. The estimated delivery date was 8/25/23. I get a text message on 8/19 indicating the table would be delivered on 8/23/23. shortly after i get an email indicated insufficient funds. I called the number immediately and paid the table in full (I thought it had already been paid in full to be fair). Today, 8/22/23 I get an email saying now the table will not be delivered until 9/13/23. 4 customer service reps later and 45 minutes on the phone later I am told they cannot deliver the table until then. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ALL TOGETHER UNLESS YOU ARE OK GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS.

Ashley HomeStore Darcy Sofa bed

purchased Darcy sofa bed in 2019, March 2022 the bed broke replaced thanks to my extended warranty delivered on August 18th 2022, August 2, 2023 bed would not retract properly claim was filed. technician came stated bed was damaged at the warehouse should not have been delivered. Sofa Bed discontinued requested same bed different color had to pay $300.00 additional for new bed, should have been replaced with a different color even exchange but was only credited for the brown one.

Desired outcome: I want my $300.00 refunded to me. It is not my fault that this bed was a piece of crap and that it was discontinued. I should have had the option of getting the same brand in a different color for an even exchange.

Ashley HomeStore Employees behavior

Yesterday we were supposed to get the delivery of sofa.We got the delivery off one piece the other was damaged. I was told that I will get call on Monday for the missing piece delivery.

I paid for the delivery and positioning and removal of the old sofa.

First the driver said that they will not put the old sofa on the curb, I called the customer care at 6.30 ,The customer care representative was very rude and he disconnected my phone, Then I tried to do the online chat and asked that representative for the removal and to my surprise he said I didn't pay for the removal.

What kind of customer care you are providing when they need training themselves.

Desired outcome: First I need my other sofa as soon as possible..The old sofa is in the backyard and is damaging our grass, Either you can pay for the damage to the grass or return my $200
