Asda Stores review: microwave

I purchased a microwave at the Asda in Crawley west susses on the 14/06/19, at 16:55. I find out on the fourth day of purchase that it was unsafe to my home and around my family as is posed a high risk of fire explosion. on the 18/06/19 in the evening at 20:20 I place my food from fridge into this microwave, for ten minutes, after eight minutes there was a rusty smell coming from microwave, as I went closer I could perceived more of that smell, I stopped the microwave immediately. I touched the top, it was very hot and boning, so I decided to return the microwave, as I lifted it up, I find out that my desk top were the microwave was placed has got boned.
I got very worried and went straight to the Asda Crowley shop were I but it, on the 18/06/19 at 20:40. I met a lady at the customer services. After I explained everything that has happened with the microwave, the only word that came out of this lady's mouth was place your card on the machine for your refund. I felt very disappointed, I said to her, after everything I have just explained to you, at least an apology would have make a different, she repeated can you place your card on the marching? So I said to her this is very rude of you, imagine yourself been in my position. She places her finger to her mouth to tell me shut. The next thing she said was I call you the manager? I reply yes please I will like to speak to someone else instead. Another lady came in as the manager, she also acted exactly like the first lady after they both had a word together; there wasn't any form of apology from this other lady too.
This second lady wasn't even interested on what I have to say, she acted very rudely to me too, I requested to speak to someone else who can listening to my complain, they called in another manager which was now the third person. She listened to me and then also went on to say, we can give you a refund.
I said to her, you don't thing I deserved any form of an apology? She went I just said sorry. I said back to her, you just said it now, I said thanks god after all three staff final an apology. The next thing she said right I won't give you any refund you have been rude.
I ended up going home without a refund while they kept the item with them.
I am not happy with any off the service I have received on this day, from these staffs, together with the danger I and my family were facing with this item I but from your store. I still haven't got my refund; my refund has been refused, as a result of me speaking out for been disregarded as a person at the reception by those three staffs.
I want my refund back.
I am very pleased that I had a record of these entire incidents on my phone, on request.
