On today, October 19, 2026, at 9 AM (as soon as the bank opened) I tried to phone call a person in the mortgage department to assist me with a mis-applied load payment. After roaming around in the automated system getting no help at all, it was at around 9:11 AM I finally got a "live" person, but he was not in mortgage and had to transfer me to mortgage. That's when I was promptly dumped back into the automated system.

By the way, the automated system says press "1" for the first option then press "2" OR stay on the line for more options. Then it keeps prompting you that you MUST select a "1" or "2" after it just said you could just stay on the line for more options. Need to provide proper guidance...

It was finally 20 minutes after 9 AM before I was able to find a live person to speak with. I'm still not sure how I ever reached her. The option for "Press 0" to speak with someone just kept looping me back to the automated system.

So very frustrating that when you finally get to talk to a person you are totally aggravated, not at the person, but at your system.

It needs to be cleaned up, clearly defined then actually do what it says. Someone is not paying attention to the set up.
