I went into your arvest bank at 15th and utica in tulsa. To cash a check and asked to see my three accounts and the teller told me I only had two accounts.. The teller was actually arguing with me telling me I did not have three accounts that I only had two accounts,. I told the teller that she was the one that opened up my 3rd account and she continued arguing with me, it got to be a heated conversation and then the teller pulled up a piece of paper out of the printer that showed my third account, it just magically appeared. I asked if I could when I come back in if they pull up the three accounts without any hassle this time and she said no you can only pull up two accounts so I asked for a supervisor.
I asked the supervisor if there was any way you could pull up my three accounts instead of saying I just had two accounts and she said no, there's nothing we could do for you so I said uh oh maybe I need to look for another bank that's more competent, and the supervisor said yeah go ahead and find another bank and handed me the check back that I originally wanted to cash.. How rude and stupid of a supervisor to not try to calm the customer down and keep his business, she should be fired on the spot with no severance pay and blackballed from the industry.. I was in that location for approximately 15 minutes and not one teller ask to try to help me better or said they were sorry that for the confusion or please come back and do more business with us... They are all stupid and they all stood around like a deer in headlights.. If whoever is reading this wants to keep my business please call me at [protected], steven whelan. If I don't get an apology from that location then I am going to pull my account and go to another bank

Desired outcome: I want apology from the teller and supervisor that waited on me October 1st twere very rude and stupid and trying to hurt me on purpose .. they didn't do anything to try to satisfy a customer. . .. Steven Whelan [protected]
