I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my recent order. Unfortunately, my package was not delivered, and when I contacted the customer service team for assistance, I was informed that there is nothing that can be done.

As a customer, I expected a much higher level of care and attention to this matter. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong during delivery, but given the cost of these carriers it is extremely disappointing that the team did not take proactive steps to resolve the issue. Instead, I was left with no solution and no support.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
