Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from a manger. Chuck H. in Romulus failed to call me back after his team did not follow delivery protocol. Every shipment is required to have a 30 minute call prior to arrival from the drivers. The call I received was the truck was already on site for delivery from the warehouse dispatch. At that time I rushed (20 minutes) home and to my surprise the truck was already gone. I spoke to Chuck H. after this occurred. Chuck let me know he couldn't guarantee anything and would call me back. Its now been almost 3 hours and still no phone call back and no reply to VM. I was told by Erika at the Pontiac location, Chuck is a very busy man. I let Erika and Chuck know when I spoke with him the first time, I would be returning all furniture I bought since this is the second missed delivery for this shipment. Both Art Van employees said "ok". Guess they don't need customers and love bad advertising.
