I had a really bad experience with Arizona Real Estate and Property Management. They charged me an outrageous amount of money and refused to return my deposit when I left the apartment in a perfectly clean and fair condition. Instead of giving me back what was rightfully mine, they claimed that I owed them even more. On top of that, they spoke to me in a very aggressive and condescending manner, making me feel small and insignificant.

My condo I've been renting for over 5 years flooded on 8/1. The old water heater gave out in the middle of the night and flooded the entire place, as well as the neighbor's condo below me. I called the emergency line and was told nothing could be done on the weekend, even though this was an extremely urgent matter. A family member and I had to rent a wet vac and fans and had to clean up over 30 gallons of water with no help from the management company. 4 days later, after water was still sitting in the carpet and the smell was intolerable, the company finally sent someone out to evaluate the property after I begged and called every hour. I checked into a hotel immediately after the flood since it was not livable. Fast forward 17 days later and the condo is still a shell, and the management is still getting quotes and bids on repairs as of today. Overall, this has been an extremely stressful experience. This management company has not been helpful or accountable. Please help expedite my repairs!
