Mice infestation/ broken cabinets
I live in one of their buildings and it is infested with mice. I have called them about it. They send out an exterminator who yells at me for putting down glue traps. Which are the only thing that works. In addition they have a handy man that has stolen my door mat and refuses to come by and fix a kitchen cabinet. Everything is falling apart in this building. No matter what I do they don't fix the problems. Rent at your own risk. I pay over a thousand for a one bedroom with mice and roaches. I do not recommend this landlord. Not even to someone I would dislike.
Desired outcome: Fix the cabinet in my kitchen. Get rid of the mice. And return my door mat

A repair dude came 'round a few weeks back, took a quick peek, and said it needed a full replacement. But since then, it's been nothin' but silence. I call 'em every other day, leave a message, but ain't nobody callin' me back. I've had a good experience 'fore this mess, but I just can't believe I've been without a fridge for a whole month and a half, while still payin' my full rent.
