Arizona Pizza Company review: extremely below par customer service

I had recently visited an Arizona pizza located in Hadley Massachusetts 367 Russell st. the waitress was fine did her job was attentive. However the "Part owner/manager" I feel was a little subtle on degrading me on my ability to "read the menu". I asked for a pizza and did not realize that this pizza did not have a marinara base and it had a little to much cheese for my liking. I kindly asked the server for a new pizza with less cheese and marinara on the pizza. All the remedies to the meal were met and the waitress even gave us the old pizza because they would only throw it out and maybe someone we know would eat it. It wasn't until the end of our meal when we received the bill that we saw our pizza we never wanted wasn't comped so we got charged for both pizzas. We kindly expressed our concerns to our waitress who went to the manager who must've said that the pizza was not to our liking was our fault because "we ordered it". I said thats fine handed her back the pizza we didn't want and left it at that. The manager comes over and says the same thing that the order wasn't their fault and which we never said it was and I said it has nothing to do with that and that it is the principle on customer service at this point. He said the best he could do was take half off the pizza, he took our card to pay the bill and came back continuing to tell us it's our fault. His reply was " It's not our problem you apparently can't read the menu". With upmost disgust of poor customer service I bit my tongue paid the bill and did not leave with the incorrect pizza they tried to pawn on us. I am most dis satisfied with my recent "business" with the Arizona pizza kitchen and because how the manager belittled my ability to read a menu rather than do anything he can to remedy the issue. If he had came over to the table once to explain it in a kind manner it would have been a better experience. Due to being belittled on the second time at the table I will never return to Arizona Pizza again. I have never been talked to like this by an employee at any business before.
