Joshua Zaragoza is willfully allowing an unsafe living condition to persist. Wasps have made a nest within the soffit and walls of our home, and Joshua Zaragoza refuses to remove the nest, preferring to spray and hope that it does something. My wife is incredibly allergic to bee stings, which he has been made aware of multiple times, and still the problem is unresolved.

Claimed loss: The feeling of safety within our own home. The ability to use our front door without fear.

Desired outcome: FULL REMOVAL OF THE NEST WITHIN THE WALLS OF OUR HOME.
