After my review posted, one of the Acquisitions Specialists from Property Max reached out to me and offered to reimburse me for the $217.00 I spent on plane tickets and expressed his sincere apologies. He did not want this experience to have cost me anything. I will change my one star review to a three. I would still hope they would tighten their time frames and perform due diligence in a timelier manner. [Asterisks replaced with appropriate text]

We are considering between fixing up our home or selling it as it is. Property Max gave us a lot of info that was helpful to our decision making process. All things considered we would get about the same amount now as we would if we put in the $40,000 to remodel and list it. I was glad to learn this as the renovation bid process was getting overwhelming. I'd certainly recommend Property Max to anyone who's in my position with an older home.

Property Max reached out to me during probate of my uncle's estate in [location]. They were so kind and considerate that I decided to entertain an offer from Property Max. I was put in touch with [name of representative]. This duo was polite, professional, and understanding - truly excellent people. They understood that this was not just a business transaction for my family, that there was a lot of emotion also included. I was so impressed with their professionalism. No pressure was put on me, and I felt heard when discussing the transaction with them. While I ultimately did not take their offer, I would absolutely work with them both again if the need arose.

A few hiccups other than that good group of guy's.

I recall meeting Property Max and an associate the latter part of May. We cordially accepted their offer, which was more than we had anticipated. Once the process began, it went smoothly. We did have to wait a few days longer for escrow to close, but my Mother and I were compensated well for the few days we waited. We strongly recommend the company.

Their California Team is amazing! We were able to sell our home with no hassle or headaches. Their team even handled our CRAZY tenants. We werent able to get the tenants out for years. I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with John today. He was prompt, courteous and honest! I have a decent home and John spent time letting me understand that I have options. He said if he were advising "his Mom" he'd recommend going the agent route to maximize my profit. Even though we have not yet made a deal, this company is demonstrating superb consideration for their clients above their own profit interest. That's how we should all treat each other. I would love to shut this place down. We bought our home in 2010. We love our home and intend on staying a very long time here, in this home. I have received numerous post cards from a few places and I have called every single on of them asking to take our names and info off their phone list, emailing list and mailing list. Every single place has done that... except for this individual who works for a company at Property MAX. We are at this point feeling harassed by these people and we fear they will do everything in their power to rid of us from our home. Maybe they'll hire people to scare us and try to burn our house down whatever to get us to want to move. I am seriously upset and would like someone to call them and tell them to stop! If I wanted to sell my house, I'll put a FORSALE sign up. But I'm not and would like harassment to stop. Thank you.

NEVER use PropertyMax or work with them! I'm so frustrated with their bait and switch tactics! They promised to offer us the same price as Opendoor on our home. Then after signing paperwork, he tells me (days later) that he talked to his partners and the best they can offer is $50k less. Previously he offered lower and I told him there was no way we'd take less than the offer we already had, and he called back saying he could do the same. After he pulled all this, he tried to convince me that nobody would actually be able to offer me what our agreement was (even though he knew I had other offers)! I told him that he was out of his mind and that the only reason we agreed to go with him is because he promised to close in time with all that we agreed to. It caused so many issues and now we are pressed for time to close on our home and still get into our new home... FYI, we are going through Opendoor and they've been working hard to help us! Needless to say, I was furious and he could care less.
