ARCO review: disrespect, privacy invasion, lazy worker

I am a regular at the station located at 16804 Downey Ave.in the city of Paramount, CA and up until just recently this station was Fantastic. But this new guy started named Jorge, and he has an attitude, and not to mention a smart lip and he must be lazy. I say lazy because I have notice that suddenly the restroom has been out of order only when he starts. And just right now I was in the restroom and just as I sat down on the toilet the power only in the restroom goes out, so now I'm trying to use the restroom in the dark. I call my wife who is sitting in the car and just when I started talking I hear him on the other side of the wall say "oh [censored], someone is in there" and no more than 5 minutes after that he is pounding on the restroom door telling me I have been in there over 20 mins. Then he decided that he couldn't wait for me to finish and he unlock and opened the door while I was using the restroom. After he left the lights suddenly came back on. When I came out he refused to apologize and said he needed to clean the bathroom. I have been sitting here for almost 45 mins writing this and watching but he has yet to clean the restroom. As a matter of fact all he did was lock the door and walk away. My wife went to ask to use the restroom and he had told her it is out of order. I would like to see Jorge is removed from this location for his disrespect, invasion of privacy, unprofessionalism, and his mischievous tactics of laziness! I would also like a response to this email so I know someone actually reads it and reassured that actions will be performed to prevent this from happening in the future.
