Aramex Internationalrejection of shipping my material that held with my address in shop&ship

Dears, Reference to shipment#[protected] that I delivered on my NY address that created through Shop& Ship site, Please note that they consider it as an Egyptian Unacceptable material, and I sent my below explanation with Case Reference: CAI/1118/4999 to the customer service many times

- This kind of Items is allowed in my country, as it's not mentioned at all in the published list for Egypt Unacceptable materials that existed in shop&ship App store application, So I made sure of this through my review of the list before I bought those materials and now after buying those materials, they refused to ship it to me.
- I already have been shipped through Aramex to Egypt adult Items many times directly to Egypt, and I can give you the tracking number for your reference if you required.
- I have delivered a shipment that contains adult item through shop&ship (shipment#[protected]) just yesterday, which came NY office in the same time with this shipment and I bought both shipments from Amazon under 1 invoice that attached.
On the other hand, I gave them a suggestion to try to support me as a customer to kill this issue by changing the description of this item to be toys instead existed" which is true by the way" as existed in the previous shipment that mentioned above if this will solve the case,

But Unfortunately, all I got the same replay in every submitted request
"that all kinds of adult toys and games (including massage devices) are prohibited items and not allowed to be shipped and enter Egypt via Aramex.
You may choose to return it to your supplier or ask us to destroy it."

even they did n't replay for any of the above-mentioned points!!, which it's not professional to deal with one of there customers that he was depending on Aramex in his personal life and his business between Gulf area & Egypt & USA & Asia Since 5 years ago,
On the other hand, I requested from customer support to escalate my complaint to the USA office or give me a contact to communicate, but they just ignored this request many times
So please take the necessary actions to solve this issue and ship this shipment ASAP, as it seems that customer support in Egypt they do n't care about Aramex business

At the same time, I reserve my rights to receive compensation for non-shipment or delay in shipment
