Dear Riyadh Bank Customer Care,

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding one of your account holders who appears to be conducting fraudulent activity.

Account Details: Account Name: MUHAMMAD ILYAS KHAN Account Number: [protected] IBAN: SA6830400108041458370018

This individual is running a fake diet restaurant service claiming to provide monthly meal plans. After receiving payment, he stops responding and does not deliver any service. Multiple attempts to contact him have failed.

I request Riyadh Bank to urgently investigate this matter and take appropriate action to protect customers from ongoing fraud.
