Apple "support" has continuously failed at addressing the issues I am having, due to their errors. They refuse to help by teaching and acting dismissively to avoid taking responsibility for the damage they do, NOTE, not taking accountability. Rather making it seem that it is the consumer's issue. There is no way I, as the consumer, have any interest in hacking my own phone and malingering or creating a factitious tale to purposefully avoid accountability. No matter how fake and nice I act, I receive no help. The reality is I AM THE consumer, not them? There is vast confusion! They refuse to help solve the technical glitches created by them!
Desired outcome: FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF PRETENDING! I PAID FOR THE PHONE! I PAY FOR SERVICE! I DID NOT CREATE THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS ON MY PHONE! FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF BEING DISMISSIVE! THIS GETS YOU NOWHERE!
