Apple (Canada) review: Setting up i phone 17 pro

Purchased phone about a month ago.
Trying to set up
go on line to apple. Told me to go to apple support store in mall.
Went to store, called apple. Told to wait for accunt recovery. After numerous attempts went to bell store.
Would charge $77 plus $25 for screen saver. Back to computer, again wait 3 days. Back to bell, no password.Back to apple support. Verifacation number .Wait 59 hours. Again verifacation number. Again account recovery. Wait. Keep going in circles. This phone is not cheap. Asked if no assistance please take phone back. Again account recovery.
I just want all this buracratic nonsence gone. I want my old phone transferred to my new phone. I want the use of this i phone today, not next month.
