Apple (Canada) review: Apple ID cancellation of deceased account

I have supplied Apple with the proof of death certificate and the will stating I am executor of the estate. This is all I am required even for the bank. They are asking for more personal & financial such as Personal Representation:
• Certificate of Appointment
• Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Clearance Certificate
• Canada Pension Plan (CPP) survivor's pension documentation
• Small Estate Affidavit information that I believe to be an invasion of privacy and could be used in stolen identity fraud.
Insurance companies, the government nor the banking institutions do not even ask for such information.
Please help I cancelling my mom’s account.
