I never new a thing like this existed and after taking Ombre's gut health test, I got to know what I needed to work on for my gut. For me, this is valuable as I get to start working on my lifestyle such as my eating habits. On top of that, Ombre offers probiotics that can get me where I need to be. I'll be retesting my gut in the coming months to check if I'm doing any better. I appreciate what you guys do!

This review is about Ombre Lab's customer service. When I got my report, I had some questions about my results. I don't know much about health and science, so I asked a few things to understand my gut health better and what I should do. The folks at Ombre Lab were fast in responding to my questions. I was pretty concerned about the yucky bacteria in my gut, but it's good to know there are ways to make my health better.

I was lookin for a gut health test and came across Ombre. Everythin they offer seems like a good way to start lookin after gut health issues. The process is easy from collectin the sample (which can be icky to some people) but found it totally normal as we all wipe our behinds every time we go take a number 2. Sent the sample back to their lab and got it back within weeks later. What I've discovered through my report is that I need to work on certain bacteria. This is not a diagnosis nor a cure-all for gut issues but a place to start takin action. So far everythin has been great and I'd love to provide a second opinion within a few months later. H. pylori is a bacteria that infects your stomach. It can damage the tissue and cause inflammation. Akkermansia is different and your reports say it's a good bacteria linked to normal weight.Ombre: Hi. Sorry, there was a typo in our previous message. We do test for akkermansia in our Gut Test. It would be listed as "akkermansia" if it's detectable in your sample. If not found, it won't be listed. If you need more help, let me know.Me: H. pylori is a harmful bacteria that commonly causes ulcers. Akkermansia is a helpful bacteria for weight and blood glucose. But you're not answering my question. It's clear you don't know, so please forward my question to someone who does. No reply received.

I got this thing where I get a gut health product from Ombre Labs every three months. So, on May 24, 2022, Ombre went ahead and charged my credit card twice for $89.99. Now, I've been trying to get in touch with them to sort out this double charge, but no luck so far. It's been a real pain, you know? Anyway, because of all this mess, I decided to cancel my subscription. But guess what? I still ended up getting a product delivered to me on September 10, 2022. Can you believe it?

I bought a test kit and sent it in a month ago, but I still haven't gotten my results. They told me I needed a code, but I sent everything back to them. I want my $49.00 refunded. It's so frustrating that they're saying I need a code when I included it on the test tube I sent back. They really need to improve their system. Now I'm out $49.00 and I don't have any results.

I gave this company $80 for a test. They sent me the kit. I did what they said and sent it back. But I never heard back from them. So, I reached out to their customer service. They told me there was an issue with my registration and I had to pay more for another kit. I said no way, I already gave them $80 and got nothing in return. After that, they stopped replying to me. They ignored my request for a refund and just cut me off. It's a complete scam. I really want my money back.

I can't cancel! I've tried to cancel my subscription 4 times, but it just doesn't work. Their website barely works and the button to manage my subscription only lets me add more stuff. I asked for a three month delay, and it did show up on my account, but then they changed their name without telling me and sent me a completely different product the next month. I argued about the charge and sent my 3rd cancellation request by email. But today, I got an email saying my subscription has been processed again. They don't reply to emails or their online contact form. I'll dispute the charge again and really want my subscription canceled. They seem like a sketchy company.

12/10. So, there's this company called Ombre Lab, but they used to be called Thryve Inside, or something like that. I think they got sold or bought out or something, I'm not really sure. Anyway, they didn't bother to let anyone know about the name change, which is kinda weird if you ask me.

I've been doing this at-home sample collection test thing with them since May , and they've been sending me supplements. But here's the thing, they changed the formula without telling me! Like, seriously? Since they switched things up, I've been having the same health issues as before I started taking their supplements from Thryve.

So, I decided to reach out and ask if they made any changes to the supplements. And guess what? They actually did! Can you believe it? I compared the old bottle with the new one, and there's a huge difference in the formulas.

They offered to connect me with a nutritionist to find a different blend that might work better for me. But honestly, I don't trust them anymore. Can you blame me?

I signed up for a supplement program with a company called Thryve, which later became Ombre. I got their supplements every month for more than a year. When they changed their name in March 2022, I canceled my account with Ombre. On 10/2/2022, Ombre sent me an email saying they were sending me a product shipment. I replied the next day, saying I didn't order it and that I deactivated my account in March 2022. I asked for a refund and said I would gladly return the product. On 10/4/22, they responded that the product had already been shipped. They said if I returned it, I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and have to pay for return shipping. This is not acceptable because I never ordered the product. I'm seeking help from the ComplaintsBoard.com to get a full refund and ensure that Ombre doesn't mistakenly send me products or charge me in the future. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
