No customer service, connected to them 8 times - not one response. Had to finally contact the monitoring station to get help. They tried but customer service absolutely does not exist with this company. Had protelec before taken over by api. Protelec was a good company before they sold out. After 30 years find anyone else but this company. Probably someone more local. By the time you get through all of their pre gabble to even get to a monitoring station, your house could be burned down or your emergency would be over, and not in a good way.

Recommendation: DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY
