I called their support line, was put in hold for 45 minutes, then I was transferred to a voice mail box.
Im in my third week of emails and calls.
I reached out for the first time by email on May 31rst.
I received an email confirming they had received my email and someone wpuld be in touch shortly.
I’ve asked , by email, for updates once a week and every time they respond that my request has been escalated.
Desired outcome: Account cancellation.
