I was a customer who got transitioned over when Bell sold their business to them. After multiple attempts I was finally able to cancel my plan. This took two attempts as during the first time the rep said a confirmation would be emailed but nothing came. When an invoice came again I reached out was explained that no cancellation happened and I was required to pay. I paid the outstanding balance and got my email confirmation.
Month later I got a new invoice for a ridiculous $1500 which implies I have somehow missed 30 months of payments.
When I emailed them I was now told that while I cancelled I had a contract and had to clear the full amount due by the contract. I asked that they sent me the contract but I got no answer. 2 months later I got another invoice for $1500.
This now feels like harassment.
Desired outcome: Stop invoicing me for services I never had.
