I was with Bell and they sold to a.p.i. We have had questions and issues but even though we have tried to cancel by email and phone messages we got no response. Finally yesterday a representative named Norine called and said we can’t cancel without paying a huge penalty. My contract was with Bell not a.p.i. She gave me my account number and according to their website it is invalid. I am done! Speaking to our lawyer today!
