I am a customer whose service was migrated over from Bell. Bell's monitoring and customer service was excellent. Since migrating to a.p.i. there have been multiple system malfunctions (sensors gong off line, system alerts, random beeping) so I sent an email on April 6th requesting service be terminated. No reply. This week we have called a.p.i daily seeking to stop the endless beeping and end our service. Each time the held call went to voicemail after 20 minutes and no voice messages have been replied to. The account continued to be billed.
Desired outcome: Back date account cancellation to April 6th.
