Absolutely frustrating. I'm paying 55 dollars a month for a service I'm not getting. Their equipment malfunctions and beeps nonstop where it drives me nuts every 10 minutes because of a low battery. I've acknowledged this issue over 20 times and just continues. I am unable to arm my system and do not get calls from the monitoring station like it's supposed to. I have reached someone about getting a new panel along with free service and waived costs but it's been over 2 weeks now. They are like gym memberships, they got my email but will get to it "eventually". I am very frustrated with this and just want out of their company now at this point.
Desired outcome: Respond to me and fix all the malfunctioning equipment or disconnect their services.
