AOL review: Trying to help my 90 years old father, aol had no compassion or empathy and tring to assist me with my father"s wishes!!!

First, I was speaking with an agent in eastern europe and I was trying to assist my 90 year old father with his wishes. He is still very spry, but not take tech saavy and aol reps just told me that was all they can do, reading from a script! I would not recommend aol to anyone... If I and my father didn't have accounts over 30 years old, that are paid for monthly... Beware of aol and time warner! Stay away!
