So I read these glowing reviews about Recovery-Experts and decided to take my computer to Alex to get some issues sorted out. I left it at his place and he said it'd be ready pretty quick. But then, I didn't hear back from him for ages, so I had to call him up. He promised he'd ring me the next day, but nope, no call. I got in touch again to find out why he was missing the deadline we'd agreed on, and he just said he was swamped with work.

When I finally went to his office to pick up my computer, the bill seemed way too steep.
