AOL review: Text messages on news banner is blank

About a month or so ago, the text that accompanies the news items is blank. I am using Firefox and have tried other browsers to try to isolate the problem. The problem is common to all the browsers, the text is missing from the news
items and the only work around is to hit the F5 refresh key exactly 4 times and magically the text appears. Is AOL aware of this problem and if so when will it be fixed? It's a really weird problem in that using the F5 key exactly 4 times will start showing the text next to the banner pictures. Clicking on the photo will bring you to the news article but still doesn't fix the issue.

The other really annoying thing is that I have a desktop computer because I need a powerful system for my work and I'm so tired of the message to use
my fingerprint or passkey to open my mail. My desktop does not have a fingerprint reader or a camera. Please stop asking me to sign in that way. I have to click on the "sign in another way" option which then brings me to my
regular password screen. And I don't need to use two step verification for my
mail. It takes long enough to sign in these days.
