AOL review: Retrieving password

83 YO brother in nursing home, AOL email password not working. Go to change, wants to send confirmation to old land line phone. NO way to retrieve or change number. Over 10 day period and multiple phone calls, last operator hung up on us. I am 73 YO brother, they wanted voice and drivers license confirmation. Sent drivers license as requested, the Customer service lady? said didn't match!. Brother has had account since AOL came out, 30 - 40 years ago. Gave us NO other option, just hung up! He can't access other accounts as wants to send to AOL email, IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN SOLVE THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM?
