AOL review: Password recovery

Got a new phone tried signing into my email couldn't get password to work. Tried to recover it would send a code to text message but then wanted a Gmail email to send another code to and never send it. Tried calling 800 number was told had to pay for subscription or they would walk me through the website and the only thing that [censored] did was cause me to lose my account then say try again in 48 hours had this account since the 80s and now its gone because i don't want to pay for a subscription. Expected better
