After a long streak of good service with AOL, I get this.
I just hung up from my 4th consecutive call to fix my email. The 3rd one took over 1 hour. I'm not just mad that it took so long to fix a simple issue, but I couldn't understand most of the reps. I had to ask them to repeat themselves a lot. I asked to be transferred to someone else to help me, that didn't happen so I had to call back.
Can't AOL hire people that can speak English? There's lots of people that can do the job and are out of work.
