Been with AOL for probably 25 years and accumulated tens of thousands of comment points. But it shows up as ONLY 1 POINT! NOT OKAY! Give me back the points I earned over all these years of commenting, or lose me forever! I Don't need AOL, but YOU probably need me. I feel unheard and unseen, and THAT is NOT OKAY! Go back and give me ALL of the missing ones, and current one you FAILED to show!

Recently my AOL app was updated automatically on my android phone via TMobile ([protected]). I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and can No Longer Access My Email on my phone. Please tell me how to correct this issue. Anytime I try to open my email folders it just circles forever. I really enjoy accessing my mail on my phone as I am not always near the pc. Thanks

Second time calling tech support to get email working on an IPAD after an AOL security update. First time call was smooth and solved the issue. Had to delete AOL account and recreate it.

Tried to do the same thing on a second older IPAD. No luck. Called tech support again today. Horrendous effort to verify the account, had to give at least 10 instances of folders, emails sent and received, before she would verify the account. Put my wife on to handle the technical details. Operator was arguementative and hostile when wife described what she saw.

Operator hung up without so much as an apology or good bye.

The new format is less user friendly than the previous app, which was very easy to use. The new app doesn't allow me to see all of my folders. The app also requires more steps to get where I want to go. I don't understand the purpose, or advantages of, the new app. The previous app worked beautifully. It wasn't broke! Why try to fix it? Please bring back the previous app!

4/7/2021 - I have Iphone and laptop as many users use both in the office and on the go. Since I am a senior citizen, I like to use laptop since the screen is bigger. I was refused access twice and had to change password 3 times. There is no reasonable explanation for it. every email service is able to service laptop and Iphone access. Since AOL is NY based, are they harassing red state users? What is going on?

Was working fine for a long while. Easy access to comment on any AOL News Items. Then, suddenly, all there was, was a box telling me to update privacy, beause no comments could be done until this was attended to? After much time updating any settings I fancied, to no effect, I sent emails etc off to AOL still to receive a reply. Just WHAT must be done to access the AOL news comments section?

Filled to the brim with right-wing misinformation trolls, bans left wingers. They starred a comment about how the right-wing terrorist who killed 7 asians was a democrat.

This is the absolute worst email system I have ever experienced! I have had the same email address for years and now they have a glitch that does not allow me to reset my own password, forcing me to pay for a subscription in order to do so. Someone please tell me the benefit of paying for an email subscription for an email address that continually gets hacked? I can literally use any other email system in the world and never pay for a subscription. Unbelievable

The advert that is advertising... Starscope monocular... Should not be allowed on there. I ordered one and paid for it on the 6th february 2021, although I have repeatedly asked where it is, seeing as I have other things that I have ordered from the USA after that item, and I have received them, I have not yet received it, and I do not think I am likely too either. All they seem to be doing is making excuses about shipping, total rubbish it is just a poor excuse, if it was a huge item I just might understand it, but it is not so therefore I am begin to think that it is a false advert just to con people out of money, and just because I have part of the order, it does not mean I will receive the other bit. So I asking you to remove the advert and never let it been advertised on here again. Thank you
Furthermore along with that I also ordered a Phone Lens Holder, which I have received, (order number [protected]) was shipped on 2/11/2021
But as for the Monocular Telescope (Order Number [protected] for the Purchased price of £39.99 + shipping and handling for a further £6.95
So how come I only received part of my order, also how come that the phone holder was shipped on the 11th february 2021 surly they should of been together in the same box? I am therefore asking you to please intervene as it is going to be a birthday present, for my son, which does not look like of happening. And as for my desirable resolution would be for me to receive it ASAP. Secondly a refund, but then I have a phone holder which is not good for anything else as it goes with the Starscope.

Problems started with not getting emails when someone liked or replied to my comments. Also I have over 25k reputation points but on comment page only shows as 1. Cannot update my settings. It has now escalated to all my posts disappearing, including a response of 'LOL'. I have contacted tech services multiple times. Have posted on aol.uservoice.com multiple times and have contacted tosgeneral. This has been going on for over 2 months with no one trying to fix this problem. I contacted billing and they agreed to stop billing for 1 month.

Please explain why my BENIGN comments are deleted while obscene and bizarre comments remain intact. As a faithful supporter of AOL I question the situation. This has gone on for months.

I keep getting your replies and yet, the situation remains the same. Please clarify as to why as it is frustrating, to say the least.

Is it NOT a simple click of a button to correct?

All my comments on your boards are being deleted and I have no idea why. Your response is that my comments are being reported at a high rate. Am I being singled out by someone? Other commenters are allowed to curse and no one rejects them.

AOL is biased beyond description. Am a long time member and I get upset every time I bring up my page. Just declare you are 100% Democrat oriented and at least be upfront .

IF YOU CAN LOGICALLY EXPLAIN AOL'S REJECTION OF MY COMMENT AND WHAT YOUR " COMMUNITY GUIDELINES " ARE THAT WOULD BE REFRESHING !

AOL immediately rejects all of my posts on their articles without any explanation.

For instance, I typed the word "THE" only on one of their stories tonight, and it was rejected 10 seconds later.

Where is my freedom of speech?

I have a first amendment right to post comments I feel are appropriate.
Why are all the people who post extremely vulgar comments about conservatives, and more specifically President Trump given a pass, and my posts are rejected?

I called AOL on January 19, 2021 at 12:35 pm EST to ask if the AOL/Verison emails were encrypted and secure. The rep couldn't answer the question and couldn't tell me to where to find it on the AOL website. I ask for a supervisor. He also couldn't tell me where to find it in writing on the AOL website and then hung up on me. This is unacceptable! These people are not trained on the AOL product or in customer service.
