AOL review: Insurance claims

AOL Is Charging me for almost 20 years for Insurance and all my benefits package and my laptop screen broke which is suppose to cover by assurance. Its been over 30 days always says its under review. I am not sure what they are reviewing. I called many times and no update. its a shame you trusted these company but they only wants your money.
DO NOT PAY FOR ASSURANCE TO AOL ITS ALL FRAUD AND SCAM. I am going to file a small claim court.
